Reservations
An advance deposit of one night is required by Money Order or Credit Card before reservations are
confirmed.
If reservations are cancelled, your
deposit will be returned less $60.00. No refund of deposit will be given for cancellations within 14 days of check-in. No
refunds will be given for early departure.
Free parking is available for one vehicle per apartment. Free day and
overnight on-street parking is available less than 1 block away on King St.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and on
the property. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of reservations, a $250.00 credit card cleaning fee and full
payment of the remaining reservation period.
Please call for off season rates starting Sept.15th We are open all year and offer short or long
term accommodations from November to May.
